"My husband and I stayed at this property for a getaway to Bushkill Falls. It is very well maintained, and the staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. DEE at the front desk was an absolute gem and is a wonderful asset to the staff. We loved our suite, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen amenities were perfect for our needs. Highly recommend."

"Traveling for leisure, requested a handicapped room as I walk with a cane. At no time did the person checking me in ask me to confirm what room type I had requested, I got a standard 2 dbl bed room with a tub. I requested a walk in shower. I thought it was odd that the front desk manager rather than walk around the desk to address a computer issue was sitting on the desk to fix the matter, but it was apparently easier. Once I called down to the desk I was upgraded to a king bedded room with the walk in shower requested. While there were no handicapped rooms available I did ask for a shower chair which they brought to the room. After that check in challenge I stopped asking for help/amenities and did not bother with breakfast because I was not feeling welcome. I have 10 years hospitality experience working in hotels and just felt the basics were missing."

"Everything was great with the exception of the rude, disconnected, nonchalant, and unpleasant hotel clerk who was at the desk when we checked out at 12:23 pm, Monday, June 22, 2026. That clerk has the customer service skills of brick wall. She was not hospitable at all, and certainly not an asset for your hotel. Her name is TT. She was relieved at 3:00 pm."

"Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Our room was "City view" and it was a bit loud but they give ear plugs. I would recommend a portable fan or white noise to help. It didn't effect our sleep. My husband and I stayed 2 nights and went hiking. Ricketts Glen State Park and Falls were 1 hour 20 minutes away and well worth the travel there and back for a great day trip. The falls were amazing! Also, hiked Bushkill Falls which was 20 minutes away and very beautiful. The area around the hotel is nice but you don't need more than 1 or 2 evenings there."
