"This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Just terrible place to stay I stayed for 3 days no one touched the room I asked 3 times to send someone to clean it they’re busy. I had to ask for towels waited to get them just dirty place would never suggest to anyone."

"Made a reservation with this property upon arriving to the property. They tell me that the hotel is sold out and they operate on the first come first serve basis after driving four hours away"

"I appreciated the layout of the room. I travel with a laptop and printer and the desk in the room had enough space for the laptop, an additional screen, and the printer. If only every motel I stayed at had the layout this one did."

"We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice"

"The building was old and had a minor odor. The rooms were okay some have portable air conditioners which were a bit noisy."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Our stay at Holiday Inn Roseville was incredibly disappointing and honestly disturbing. We stayed for 9 days, and housekeeping barely happened. Our room went 3 straight days without being cleaned. Trash piled up, towels weren’t consistently refreshed, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were often not replenished. For the price and the length of our stay, that level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable. The most upsetting part...

"It’s a new property. Everything in room was in working order. The bed was super comfortable. Woke up feeling rested and relaxed. Staff was excellent. Never failed to ask me if I needed anything and good day or goodnight. Strong security. Parking spaces were a bit too tight."
