"Clerk did not inform us that you needed to use a power switch at the front door to use the TV and we couldn't use the phone system it wouldn't call to the front desk so I had to walk to the front desk to take care of issue. The toilet seat also was broken it wasn't attached on one side and the seat was too big for the toilet"

"It was quiet, clean. I had trouble figuring out how to plug in the lamps over the beds but finally figured it out. Bef was very comfortable and I went to sleep and slept well. Good selection of programs on the direct TV, but it was pretty loud and I was frustrated that I could not decrease the volume and/or mute it and turn on closed captioning."
