"My wife and I decided on the last minute to include Cebu in our Asian Travel visiting from Canada. A fried of mine who is base out if Cebu City and works as Medical Director offered his corporate contact at another 5 star resort. The discounted price was actually lower than The Reef. However, getting answers from our inquiries went by unanswered or very delayed. In spite of the attractive pricing, we decided to look for another property. Mr Joshua Lumapas was excellent in his response time and...

"Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. Many Pros to be said about the staff and the resort. The resort was comfortable and clean. All the staff was respectful, helpful, and inviting as well as professional. Keith, Margarie, and Jose were absolutely amazing. They offered awesome service and made our stay extra memorable. the only down side for us (which is personal preference to be fair) was that the beds in our room weren't not comfortable and we lacked getting good sleep but overall I...

"流石リゾートホテル、従業員の方の配慮が心地良く素晴らしい時間と空間を提供頂くことが出来ました。 メインプールは工事中で使用が出来なかったものの、ビーチや他のプールで有意義に過ごすことができた。スライダーがまったく滑らないのはご愛嬌で、、、。 一方、ホテルの外はツアーやバイクタクシーの客引きがウザかった。なのでGrabでタクシーをピックアップするかホテルステイをするのが良いです。"

"I was staying on the 17th floor when the earthquake struck..the hotel stood up very well and the staff were very professional and efficient..we were all rallied into the car park while engineers checked all safety on the building...the food is slso very good and the rooms are in good decor"
