"This was a very cute little apartment in a great area of town. We enjoyed our stay, but it did feel a bit like we were renting from a cheap landlord. There were a fair amount of small things that felt like could be fixed quickly on the property but weren't: There was a nail sticking out of a floorboard in a high traffic area, the shower head holder was broken so you had to hold it yourself, the shower wouldn't drain so you had to pause your shower every 2 minutes to let it catch up - and I think this drain issue was also causing a slight smell issue in the washroom. The cupboard labeled "first aid" had no first aid kit in it.
All minor things that didn't impact our stay, but worth noting.
The walls are fairly thin so if people come and go in the hallway you can hear it clearly. We were appreciative that we could check-in early, however the person at the reception gave us the wrong address despite us questioning why it was different from what google maps labeled. So we kept trying to get into the wrong building before just going where google maps labeled and correctly getting in there.
It was convenient that we could enter the property with a code instead of carrying a key."
