"Hôtel très agréable et confortable. La propreté est remarquable. Sa situation dans Machico est parfaite ( proche de la plage et des restaurants). Juste un peu compliqué pour obtenir le code de l'armoire où se trouve les clés mais tout s'arrange rapidement avec un appel téléphonique au concierge qui parle plusieurs langues. Les petits déjeuners sont variés et copieux."

"Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sehr schön. Man hat einen super Blick auf das Meer, da man hoch am Hügel ist. Das rauffahren zum Hotel und parken ist ein bisschen challenging, was aber auf die gesamte Insel zutrifft ;) Das Frühstück war jeden Tag super lecker und wurde serviert. Das Personal ist sehr Kundenorientiert und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel für jeden weiterempfehlen, der entspannen möchte und etwas fernab vom Trubel seinen Urlaub genießen möchte"

"Really interesting building, with access to the various levels via external escalators. An intriguing Bond villain vibe! The staff were all lovely, facilities were very good, and the rooms were simple but pleasant. The spa area was sometimes a little understaffed, but the pool was very nice and clean, with beautiful views. The restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast. Overall a really nice stay!"

"Die Unterkunft war modern und geräumig. Auf dem Dach die tolle Bar mit dem Pool. Es stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist optimal um die Insel zur erkunden. Das komplette Personal ist wirklich top! Rundum toller Aufenthalt."

"Wonderful location, you jump into the pool then jump into the ocean. Great bar/restaurant near the pool and a very large breakfast offered. Service was very good, and we will definitely come back. One thing to note. Laundry facilities is not offered even though listed. They have a laundry service for a high fee."
