"Good hotel for a very reasonable price. Good shopping and restaurant nearby as well as easy access to public transit. The only thing worth mentioning is that, while everything is clean, it would benefit from some basic maintenance: the sink was not draining properly, lamps and outlets were damaged but still functional, and the PC in my room had a depleted BIOS battery. None was these things were essential but all of if could be fixed easily."

"+ the duvet was very comfortable and warm. A large bed, a private room. - The room was quite dirty I found rubbish in the toilet left by the previous guest, and Chinese cigarettes by the bed. The bed linen had a smell to it. I had to buy a duvet and a pillow for myself for the duration of my stay. The smell was a big deal for me because it sticks to your hair and clothes, so I also bought an extra air freshener. Overall, it’s a good option, but it needs a cosmetic refurbishment and some changes to certain interior details, and then it would be a brilliant choice. I’d also suggest putting some tables outside or on the balcony, as there’s nowhere for people to eat."

"Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and as depicted in the photos. Close to the Korea University where I was able to visit my daughter. Convenient and easy to get around. I enjoyed the included breakfast. Check out was easy. I appreciate the ability to store my luggage until I can catch my flight. I wish check in could be earlier since 4pm appears late to me."

"Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — the subway/train station entrance is only about a 1-minute walk away, which made travelling very convenient. There are also many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby, most of them less than a minute away on foot. The hotel staff at reception were able to speak English, so communication was easy, and most of them were friendly and helpful. Customer service overall was good, although two female receptionists were less friendly. There is also a coin laundry on Level 2, which was very convenient for washing clothes during the trip. However, there are only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, and many guests use them, so you need to plan your laundry time properly. Overall, the hotel location and convenience were definitely the highlights of the stay, and I would consider staying here again."
