It was a pleasant experience. The junior suite was nice however the ac was not working properly. The way the bathroom was set it was awkward having a shower. Other than that it was pleasant. The location of the hotel is amazing and the staff are helpful and accommodating

Staff very helpful and friendly, allowed late check out. Rooms are clean and house keeping pretty good. Only minor issues was the shower is fixed and iron not working in both our rooms. Very close to Masjid Nabawi, food outlets and Bin Dawood. Breakfast was good.

we were upgraded to Junior Suite. Very nice clean rooms, amazing breakfast. The location is very good as it is close to Gate 329 which leads to Female Gates of Mosque. So if you are traveling with family this is the place to stay!

I stayed at this hotel in 2003 and again was not dissapointed. Location is yards from gate 329 and is perfect for both men and women to pray. The staff were super helpful and room staff on floor 11 were great. W

Best hotel to stay in Madina if you want to be close to Masjid Nabawi, which is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel (Gate 329 of the Masjid). There are tons of great food options on a walking distance to the hotel. Taxi, Madina Sightseeing bus (hop on hop off), pharmacies, grocery, and all kinds of shopping are all very close. We really loved our stay at the hotel. We stayed in a quad room, which was very capacious, clean, and amazing. WiFi is super fast, and buffet breakfast is THE BEST, with tons of options for everyone. Very friendly staff. Kudos to all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Madina.

I gave 4 stars because in spite of staying in a non smoking room there was a smoking smell in the room & instead of complaining about it the issue wasn’t resolved. Also I had an issue with the flushing in the toilet, I informed the front desk & was told maintenance will fix it but nobody came to fix the issue during my stay. One thing positive about my stay was they let me check in early & check out late. Also the service from the housekeeper & other support stuff was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Maysan Al Harithia Hotel in Madinah. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers and visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Maysan Al Harithia Hotel to anyone visiting Madinah and would be happy to stay here again in the future. May Allah bless the staff and management for their outstanding service.
