"The front desk was cordial but didn’t mention breakfast times or Wifii passwords. Room was okay but dirty bathroom floors in corners and bedside table was completely filthy with many sticky drink rings and multiple sticky drips and finger marks like from maple syrup. Very disgusting. The tables to eat breakfast in the morning were also very dirty and chairs not even set at all the tables and front desk staff ate waffles at the desk prior to cleaning tables and kitchen area. Also not well stocked for food and drink in breakfast area."
"Loved everything about the hotel in our one night stay very clean it appeared to be a newer hotel so everything was nice and new and functioning beautifully the breakfast this morning was good I would definitely recommend"
"From the pictures online, it appeared that the hotel had nice rooms. When we arrived on Friday, May 22nd, it couldn’t be further from the truth. The parking lot didn’t have any vehicles in it and it was Memorial weekend. That should have been my first warning but we proceeded to check in.
The smell was fowl and the lobby wasn’t neat and tidy like the photos made it appear.
When we got to our room, we were first met with a filthy run down space. We asked for a queen and got a full instead. I flipped the sheets back and they were so old that the threads were splitting. I moved the remote and a bug crawled across the bedside table.
My husband and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing. There was plaster falling off the ceiling in the bathroom and there was a dead bug under the soap on the wash cloth. They had attempted to paint a quarter of the wall in the bathroom but left the tape and dripping paint.
The hotel is absolutely disgusting and I want to warn everyone about it.
We couldn’t stay there so we proceeded to continue our travels to the next available hotel. We told them what happened and they weren’t surprised. They have heard from many visitors that it is dirty and bug infested. We found out the hard way.
Don’t be the next victim of this run down dirty hotel."
"We stayed one night for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU. It was ok for the price. Signs of water/humidity damage in the room. The breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly."
