The place it is so far from the center of Madrid. You spent a lot of money in taxi. Also they need to improve the room, especially cleanliness, but the staff was very friendly and polite.

The staff at this hotel was excellent! We did not speak enough Spanish to order delivery food or a taxi to the airport. The staff were extremely kind in helping us with both of these things and just made for an overall extremely pleasant and quick stay.

Staff was excellent. This is an older property with some updates. It was clean, but close to the freeway, so somewhat noisy. A cab driver had a hard time finding it.

Simple hotel, recommended for those who just want a place to sleep and shower. Good value for money. Since my visit to Madrid was to get to know the city, I didn't care much about the hotel. I would stay there again.

The room was very big! The front desk girls super helpful, there is a restaurant walking distance, and they offer shuttle to airport for 10 euro so it was super good!! Thank you PS I love the orange cat on the lobby!

It’s quite functional but there’s no airconditioning, we had to open the windows but it was noisy and found 2 bugs that might have come in. The bathroom was quite big however, the shower stall was too small. The breakfast offered for a fee did not have hot options. The staff were very helpful though and the rooms are clean.

Ok in a pinch, but nothing special

We booked this hotel because of a missed connection in Madrid. We booked it at the last minute on a Saturday night. It appeared to be out of the 50s...actually had to use a real key. Overall it served our purpose...a last-minute hotel near the airport, but it was pretty much a dive...it was roomy and clean and the bathroom was functional but there was almost no furniture and only one plug that we could find. We could hear the people next door talking and could hear the planes taking off, so not quiet. I thought it was very expensive for what we got.
