Well, I will start by saying that I was surprised by the size of the room, which was even smaller then a standard hotel room. It definitely did not match the image online in terms of space. Though it can serve well young travelers who pass by for a couple of days but for my older son and I, it did not work and sadly we booked it for 11 days. Right on the first day we had no hot water, the fresh paint on the walls was so strong that it gave me headache, I kept the shades on the windows down because anyone can see right in (no privacy). In the middle of the night the fire alarm sounded for good 10 minutes. I did not care for the area at all - or better say the block where the building is located at. It was filthy. the lady who communicated with me via Whatsapp was very nice to listen to my complaint but she said that they can't move me since everything looks the same (not in the picture on hotel.com - it does not) and they could not refund me. Honestly, I gave up and left after 2 days. It was not worth it for me. I had anxiety, headache and over all discomfort being there. In my opinion, Not ideal for family or older folks. A young couple trying to save on stay in Madrid for a couple of days possibly but might as well stay in a hostel.

La habitación estaba tal y como las fotos pero las instalaciones dejaban mucho que desear. Para empezar que en el 3er piso pone que es el 2do es decir que esta repetido 2do piso, DOS VECES. Para seguir la cinta de la ducha estaba despegada y la parte superior del vater estaba como mal colocada o algo raro pero definitivamente no encajaba con el vater en si. Y por ultimo, las paredes son de papel, las limpiadoras nos han despertado con sus conversaciones matutinas y encima tocándonos la puerta 20 minutos antes de la salida. En resumen, el servicio deja mucho que desear, no sé yo si volvería otra vez…

Sitio super céntrico a400 metros del tren con un 24 horas en frente. Nos vino de lujo . Tenia entrada autónoma, pero con posibilidad de contactar. Y dentro espectacular, todo nuevo , colores muy neutros y limpio , el colchón comodísimo. Descansamos fenomenal Me pareció que estaba todo muy nuevo . Y aunque ni cocinamos , ni nada, tuvieron el detalle de tener amenities, recogedor cepillo. kit de estropajo. Los estores eran tipo bandalux y tenía aire acondicionado. Fenomenal.

La esperienza ha sido horrible. La cama de matrimonio era minúscula, cabían dos personas pero super apretadas. Las almohadas parecía que estaban a medio rellenar. El baño no tenía ganchos y nos dejaron solo medio rollo de papel higiénico. Nos dejaron únicamente un par de toallas y no había información respecto al cambio de sabanas ni de las toallas mismas. La cocina estaba equipada con lo justo y no había ni aceite ni sal. Por otro lado, la insonorización era pésima, las puertas solo cerraban con un portazo, la alarma de incendios sonó a la mañana siguiente de entrar entre las 07:00-08:00 y se mantuvo alrededor de media hora. El ultimo día volvió a sonar y también tardaron en apagarla. Una parte del edificio, oculta a primera vista, estaba en obras por lo que nos hemos pasado todos los días oyendo los malditos taladros. En resumen, una pésima experiencia, para nada recomendable.
