The room was just ok. The light switches were in odd locations, the window was difficult to open, and the AC felt like all it did was make noise (not change the temperature at all). However, the staff was attentive and friendly.

The hotel has a weird smell. I guess it is because they let people smoke in the rooms. The breakfast was mediocre. It is a mediocre airport hotel.

They offer complimentary shuttle from the airport but when i called to confirm they said it was only offered from the hotel. I had to call hotels.com to get them honor the service

Estuvimos solo una noche ya que veníamos del aeropuerto. La habitación está bien, muy amplia, muy limpia. El colchon bastante incómodo. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

1 nuit au retour de l’aéroport, nous avons reçu un très bon accueil, l’hôtel est propre et proche (à pied) du centre commercial Plazza norte 2. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit.

Die Suite war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Zimmer könnten eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen, aber ist alles noch in Ordnung. Das Parkhaus bzw. die Tiefgarage war super, viele Parkplätze und sehr viel Platz, nicht eng, wie es oft in Spanien ist. Leider war das Frühstück sehr enttäuschend, das war definitiv kein 4 Sterne Frühstück, keine Auswahl, kaum etwas anständiges zu Essen, es ähnelte eher einem 1-Sterne Hotel Frühstück.

En la habitación 205 se hospedó mi madre y esposo, adultos mayores de 70 años y con limitación física para la marcha. Su salida del hotel se hizo el día 3 de Abril antes de las 7 AM, durante un aguacero y aún sin la luz del sol. Situación climática adversa y con riesgo de caída para adultos mayores. Los funcionarios de turno en el front desk fueron insensibles ante la situación y ocultaron la información respecto de la posibilidad de ingresar al parking el vehículo que los recogía. Los vieron salir en medio de la lluvia, incluso ofrecieron paraguas, pero en ningún momento ofrecieron la posibilidad de entrar el coche al parqueadero. Lamentable pues las condiciones climáticas y de visibilidad del momento pusieron en riesgo sus condiciones de salud e integridad física. Más tarde al preguntarles por la situación culparon al conductor, pues el indagó si el carro podia acercarse a la puerta del Hotel, claramente no posible pues es peatonal. El punto es no ofrecer alternativas, claramente conocidas por los empleados. Sin otro particular. Muchas gracias
