Llamé para solicitar la forma de acceso a lo que me comentaron que no podian darme la habitación porque no tenian servicio de agua, que buscara que me reubicaran, a lo que claro no pasó. Tuve que buscsr otro alojamiento ese mismo dia y el reembolso no lo estan autorizando

Directamente diré que muy mal la verdad, gustó nos pilló en mala hora cuando estábamos de viajes ambos mí pareja y yo, y justo en el autobús a las 14 me comunican esto cuando podían haberlo comunicado con mucha atención
