"Initially we were in a standard room and it wasn’t even closed to a five stars hotel. Walls were dirty, curtains were ripped apart. We asked to be upgraded, and of course for a significant cost, the new room was outstanding! A completely different experience. Service was great all the time but definitely I would recommend the upgrade level. "
