Good hotel

Very good hotel, room in good condition and comfortable. The only thing that the doors are not soundproof. However, I had no bad luck with the neighbour guests (this time). Prices, unfortunately, in Madrid, are crazy.

Over all everything it was good. Breakfast good, rooms good, customer service good. Safe it was good. Overall Madrid is very safe to be walking late. We went to the Real Madrid soccer game and came back walking to our hotel at midnight. All good. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. I was there for 4 days and never had an issue and the breakfast is top notch! Highly recommend!

Great hotel close to metro stops. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Would have been nice to have firmer or extra pillows though. Breakfast options varied with hot and cold options, really good. 10 min walk to Bernabau and also nearby supermarkets. Relatively safe to walk at night but would recommend down well lit areas. Strongly recommend arriving to hotel by metro - taxi cost 33 euros and driver was driving too fast.

Staffs are so friendly. all are clean, and the place is also prefect. I just have a comment regarding the items in the bath. Today is more frequently we do travels with hand bags only and it is not allowed to travel with liquids/cream. In bath I think it was missing hair cream, there is only shampoo and there is not tooth cream too.

Good The first receptionist was very friendly and provide good customer services The room was good with everything you need The location was okay you have to walk a bit for the metro and bus, but there were plenty of options to eat and shopping. Bad They need more staff in the reception, as we have to wait such a long time more than 15 minutes as it was only one for more than 4 customers, we did not like that you have to go to the reception to give them the key so they can give you the passes for the swimming pool, it was a waste of time overall and decided to used it once. Noisy at nights as is in front of a girls night club and the lights were very bright at nights

It’s a good hotel, maybe not the best location thinking about metro stations but it’s a nice area, near Castellana Street and Bernabeu Stadium. However, the hotel does not have a sign with the name at the entrance, so If you are walking you cannot tell what’s the building apart from having Google Maps that indicates the exact location, Card keys get damaged really easily, mine did it twice out of 4 nights and the system wasn’t working to solve the problem, a colleague stays in a room near mine and her card gets broken every single night, so she needs to go up and then coming back to reception to ask for help and wait for the person to go with a master key and open the room. The cleaning time is after 4 pm probably, so if you go out in the morning expecting to come early and find your room clean forget, they are gonna clean late after lunch. I took this hotel because apparently, it was near to a place I had to go to during my stay but actually wasn’t like that, otherwise I think I wouldn’t have chosen the place, I tried to reserve another night for the end of my trip and they were charging the insane €160 just for one night.

The hotel is very nice. We especially liked the daily changing flavored water at reception. The staff was very friendly, and the refrigerator in the hotel room was very convenient. The pool area is also very nice, and the breakfast is well-balanced and good.
