Of the three days I spent there for one whole day there was no water in the premises and so no toilets no showers or means of washing I spent a day looking for another hotel but failed it kind of ruined my trip to the wonderful city of Madrid

It feels like a three-star hotel. Please note that check-in and check-out are not available 24 hours a day. They will tell you the procedure even if no one is there. However, it is better to inform them and communicate in advance. If you are just going to sleep, it is a decent hotel. It was well cleaned. There is no USB type power supply, so a transformer is required. Surprisingly No water was provided.

Jamais vue

mauvaise expérience : moisissure dans la douche, plinthes pleines de saletés. service de petit-déjeuner : le personnel de service petit dejeuner ne parle aucune langue autre que l'espagnol. Le petit déjeuner est épouvantable, seul du pain grillé est disponible. Et jamais auparavant en 40 ans de séjour dans un hôtel, après la 2ème tasse de café, ils facturaient 2,5 € pour une tasse de café supplémentaire !!!!!
