Right on Gran Via, spectacular view. Clean comfortable room and bed, nice & helpful staff. I was happy to find coffee machine in common area. A couple small comments, pillows need replaced and not a quiet location (as expected on Gran Via). I would love to stay here again!

La calidez y amabilidad del personal nos hicieron sentir en casa, fueron de gran ayuda para hacer que nuestra experiencia en la ciudad fuera la mejor. Nos hicieron el check in muy temprano en la mañana y la habitacion estaba muy limpia, inmaculada seria la palabra correcta. Sin duda nos volveriamos a hospedar ahi.
