The Villager Fisherman's Village

"My room was not luxurious as it is not a luxurious hotel, but it was very clean and had everything I needed for a stay that was for a few days. Nice bathroom and very comfy bed. Good location so that you get a mix of chilled vibes and even more fun vibes only down the road by Grab. The staff were very nice. One slightly concerning thing is that the power randomly went out in my room only, no other rooms were affected. They immediately resolved it once I mentioned it to reception. I was heading out at the time so it didn’t affect me much at all."

"Lovely property in great location by the sea. Check in was overly complicated- despite having pre filled out registration online I was asked to provide the same information again at check in. Also for some reason there are 2 lobbies and we had to lug our own luggage across from one to the other. On checking out, the staff simply said thank you and goodbye. No offer of help with luggage or if we needed a taxi calling. The little things which make a difference. Breakfast was very chaotic- nobody seemed to be in charge and too many people for the room size. Queues for food were long, and I even had to ask the chef to re stock the tray of fried eggs which had run out, meaning even longer queues. In general not a pleasant start to the day. Otherwise a very nice stay with nice staff."

"This is a lovely property with a great bunch of staff. Room was spacious and kept clean. It’s a bit further from fisherman’s village than I anticipated but exceptional we’re always happy to arrange a taxi for us . We ate lunch here twice and it was great, good quality and served with a smile."
