ホテルのサービスはいう事なし。リラックス出来たし、お風呂も良かったです。ただ一つあるとすると、場所が駅からちょっと遠いね。夜遅く着いたのでタクシーGOで呼ばないとタクシーが拾えなかった。

朝の食事時間に行列ができていて、最初は並んでいたがあまりにも列が伸び、出発時間も迫っていたので、朝食をとることができなかった。事前にそのような状態を知らせていただくか、スムーズになるような工夫をしたほうが良いと思いました。

スタッフも皆さまが親切でとても快適に過ごせました。モーニングの品数がもう少し増えたら嬉しいです。

このたびは大変お世話になりました。スタッフの皆さまは、とても親切で楽しい旅行になりました。観光地の情報なども丁寧に対応して頂き本当に感謝いたしました。窓からの眺めも良かったです。ただ今まで各地で利用したルートインの中でも、今回はモーニングのお料理の品数が少なく、その点だけは残念でした。

禁煙室がたばこ臭かった。満室で部屋交換不可、自分でリセッシュと空気清浄機で対応するように言われた。あえて駅前ではなく禁煙室のあるこのホテルを選んだのに全く意味がなかった。

ホテルの近くは、コンビニが2つあるので簡単な買い物なら不便はないと思う。客室のそばを上越線が通っているので、そちら向きの客室に当たると鉄道ファンにはラｯキ-です。

ルートイン渋川　せっかく良い部屋でしたが、途中、喫煙室に変更してしまい、そのままにしておけば、ベットも大きかつたのです。変更しなければ良かったと、後悔してますが、お陰様で、無事に旅行できました。日曜日でレストランが休みなのが残念です。
