We loved the whole vibe of Hotel Sirmione Terme. It was in an excellent spot, just inside the castle area but not in the middle of the really busy streets. Hotel has on its website they have air conditioning however it’s misleading since it’s only seasonal. Room was very hot and they don’t encourage you to open the windows because of insects flying in.
