"The room was clean, but oh so tired. The sheer curtain was ripped, but we had the blackout curtains closed most of the time anyway. The bathroom door could do with some attention, and maybe an exhaust fan? However, considering the price, it served it's purpose, didn't affect our stay, and wouldn't stop us staying there again. "

"Will definitely be staying here again. Great location to beach, bus stop, supermarket, bottlo, ferry terminal. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Games room and pool are terrific. And Jenny who checked us in was friendly, welcoming, and professional."

The location is excellent for NQ Cowboys supporters who are attending home games at Qld Country Bank Stadium as well as right next door to the Cowboys Club. This is going to be my regular hotel to stay when attending Cowboys home games."

"If your looking for a quiet stay in Townsville, this isn't the place for you. Rooms right beside a bar that doesn't close till 10pm, then when that stops you have the night clubs next door that go till the early hours of the morning. Had to ask staff to get room amenities like tea, milk etc re-stocked"
