Staff were great after having some perfume taken from our room while they emptied trash mid afternoon. We chose this hotel for convenience to a funeral we attended."

"The only redeeming quality about this motel was the friendly staff. It’s filthy, mold on the doors, walls, floors, ceiling, in the a/c unit. After washing my hands I went to dry them off with a clean towel and it had poop on it. I attached a photo. The smell was so strong of mold and mildew it took your breath away. This motel is not only disgustingly dirty and stinky-it’s a health hazard. Stay away."

"DO NOT stay here!! The room was filthy I had to go buy 40.00 worth of cleaning supplies and they didn't care! Fireworks in the parking lot woke us up at 3:30 am, watched a drug deal go on in the parking lot, then the light blew in the bathroom and knocked out the power! No smoke alarm in thw room they disconnected it a week ago and still havent put it back in! I do have a picture of how dirty the floor was when I cleaned it. They gave us back our 3 days left and we had to find another hotel so...

"The hotel was very conveniently located right in the middle of downtown Fairhope and walkable to the pier area also. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee and breakfast items were displayed attractively and easily accessible each morning. Our room was clean and stocked with all we needed. I would say two more washcloths would be nice to have. "The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. It seems the property would do well to upgrade their mattresses. It was nice to be able to walk over to the Wharf to shop/eat. Overall I would...
