"This hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Now the negative, the shuttle bus back from Disney was a nightmare!!!! "Rooms were nice but in one of the 2 rooms that we reserved the a/c was not working. Hotel could not fix it. When we asked for some discount for our discomfort they refused to give any discount on the current reservation but offered 50% discount for a future reservation."

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, reception staff were helpful and very pleasant. A little rough around the edges with poorly priced items in hotel.

It was good it was just a shame that the buffet dinner was so bad and also the so I would of liked to have a spa treatment if they was just so expensive x

The transport to disneyland was well received and in general very useful. It got very crowded but that was to be expected. There arent really any other dining options unless we wanted to go to a shopping centre. Think maybe next time we'd try there
