Although the weather did not cooperate enough for us to experience the famous mountain views, the exceptional hospitality more than made up for it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel’s facilities are genuinely world‑class, offering comfort, cleanliness, and a serene environment. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet selections were superb, with an impressive variety of delicious dishes. A special word of appreciation goes to Bal Krishna Shrestha, whose professionalism, warm nature, and thoughtful assistance made both me and my wife feel completely at home. "This hotel gets five stars for its views! But its also clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you can, ask for an end room on any floor, ending in a 5...they have the best views. Only drawback, it's a 15 walk into the centre of town and not reccomended at night."
