"I rented an Airbnb in unawatuna which ended up turning in an awful experience. I had to find a new place last minute and I was really happy when I arrived to snooze. It’s clean, the boss is a respectful and kind person who is available to help guests when in need, the room was spacious with ac and hot water. Ended up paying half of what I paid for the Airbnb nightmare. I extended another night at snooze. I definitely recommend it specifically if you’re a woman traveling alone as I am. "

"Clean bathroom and facilities. Beds were comfortable, linen was soft and clean, and location was great. Air con wasn’t the greatest provided a doona instead of a top sheet which was odd with the heat, and the bass from the stereo of the restaurant downstairs/attached to the property was quite loud making it hard to sleep between 8 and 10pm. Staff were very kind and helpful."

"This hotel is a big con / rip off. THERE IS NO ROAD TO THIS PROPERTY. Must cross the jungle for 1/2 kilometers Don’t pick unless u have a Motorcross bike. Once I was there I can not find transportation out there go anywhere. Hotel care taker said he will drive me with hotel tuk tuk but he is rarely available. "I tried contacting you to discuss this relocation due to a let down on a prior booking in the Galle Fort area but your system doesn’t allow it. I appreciated the efforts of the advisors to help me secure another but it was a poor choice. No wifi TV that only allows playback via devices Made for very lonely evenings. Bathroom and kitchen areas could with daily cleaning - sink was not very pleasant.lLikewise bedding/towel could have fresh each day. Electrics in the bathroom not sure how safe....
