We booked a deluxe room for two adults and one twelve year old but were only given one bed. It took a very long time to get a second mattress. Reception staff didn’t have a record of our booking and seemed to find us hilarious. Breakfast is a very strange experience in a windowless room used to store water bottles with a bizarre selection of choices (cold pasta, parathas, empty...
