"I just stayed at The Graduate and had a lovely experience. The room was clean and everyone was very friendly and professional. I loved the drive in/out parking situation. You pay to park for your stay and you just drive in and out of the underground parking lot, which I loved. I would definitely stay here again."

"At check-in, I was told I had to place a $100 deposit for my one night stay. She said the deposit would be refunded shortly after check out. I was surprised because there was no mention of the deposit requirement when I booked it on line. I paid the deposit of $100, though the cost of my one night stay was $48. I checked my bank account after settling in and the $100 deposit transaction was listed as pending. After checkout the next day, I again checked my bank account and the $100 deposit was still showing pending. I was traveling and became rather busy for several days, so I didn't check my account again until four days later after checkout. My $100 deposit was no longer pending. The deposit had been deducted from my account. It was deducted from my account three days after my checkout. I called the Express Inn for four days before someone answered my call. They don't have the ability to leave a message? When I spoke to the manager about my deposit, initially she said the charge wasn't a deposit, it was a charge an additional nights stay. I explained to her that I did not stay for an additional night. She said she would have to look into the transaction, but her computer was down. Though she said she would call me back as soon as her computer came back up line, she never called me back. Three days later I called her again. This time she said she returned the $100 deposit. 14 days later, three more phone calls, one to my bank, I haven't received the $100 deposit."

"Lovely room with a door that led to a courtyard that I could take my pups out. Really friendly staff and great food at the restaurant . My only complaints are that the coffee in the room was a Teabag style and pretty awful, and there was only coffee for purchase in the lobby"
