"Nous y étions pour 4 nuits, emplacement était parfaitement situé. Il faut souligner qu’il est en face de l’hôpital alors il faut s’attendre au bruit des ambulances. De notre côté, ça ne nous a pas dérangé. Le personnel est sympathique, les commodités sont simples et tout était propre."

"The hallways had garbage bags that were not collected and sitting outside of the elevator (3pm) Got late check out (1pm) at time of check in. Housekeeping entered my room 3 times, all before 10am on check out day even though the tag was on the door. We ended up leaving the hotel just after 10am because we were fed up with it. For the price tag of over $400 for a single night, this was absolutely ridiculous and reflects poorly on the managing staff."

"Chris and other members of Concierge team were very friendly and welcoming. Front staff were okay but didnt offer any info about the hotel such as options for breakfast or that there is a terrace. We liked the location, walkable to most sites. Pool, hot tub and sauna were a good bonus."

Everyone was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, making sure every part of our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location is also fantastic. It’s very close to the Waterfront train station, making it incredibly convenient to get around Vancouver, explore nearby areas, and even travel to and from the airport with ease. Our room had a stunning view of the harbour—waking up to that scenery each day was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back."
