I had a great stay,, the hotel is the perfect location with access to the river, amazing outdoor site, great restaurant, super clean and comfortable bed , so quiet and relaxing with a great tv channels , also an Arabic channels and that’s made me didn’t want to go out, the front desk were so friendly and welcoming , they have a parking garage and also a free street parking, I recommend this hotel

Small but clean room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was terrific. Very close to the Rhine for walking and seeing Mainz. Definitely recommend.

Didnt know what to expect when we booked it. Beautiful property. The most amazing above your average hotel breakfast. Beautiful decor and kind staff. We did a road trip from netherlands to germany to Switzerland and now were in italy but definitely one of our fav Favourite So far

The property was very clean and staff were, for the most part, great and understood English. The breakfast was good. We were very grateful for Amir, the person that checked us in at night, as we were a party of 14. He was patient and accommodating with our needs. The hotel’s pillows were not very comfortable for us. You’d need 2 or 3 to feel like you have an actual pillow and there is no ice anywhere… but other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay and would go again.

The staff were excellent and friendly. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms were very small and minimal. There were 2 beds, the shower was in the bedroom with a glass door, there was no safe, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no Kleenex, no lotions and no closet. If you want ice, forget it. There isn't an ice maker on the premises, not even the restaurant.

The hotel offered no complementary coffee nor was there a coffee maker in the room. No fridge no ice anywhere. Bare bones. The shower was a separate room in the bedroom with a glass door. Not recommended if you’re sharing a room with a friend.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel in toller Lager direkt am Kanal und innerhalb von 1 Minute erreicht man das Rheinufer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Nach einem 15 Minuten Spaziergang erreicht man die Innenstadt von Mainz. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.!
