"From the moment we checked in Rosie the concierge was very welcoming. She assigned Elise to give us a tour of the hotel and the spectacular upgrade to an oceanfront suite. "The rooms are great with views of the ocean and nice patio balcony in the room! We had coffee and wine on our balcony starting the first day. The ferry is right by location as well as shops and great restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are friendly and helpful amd go out of their way to help you with anything! "

"We LOVED our stay here. Ines and Salvatore were so friendly and welcoming. You cannot beat the views from the breakfast /lunch terrace. Our room had a sea facing balcony which especially we loved for sunrise. Pretty rooms. Good AC. Comfortable beds. Nice shower- they have multi use Dove soap- bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very nice. If you want a bit of peace and beauty, Ravello is a great option compared to the bustle of Amalfi and Positano. And it’s nice...

"Yumi was an excellent host! She communicated with us prior to arrival, on arrival and throughout our stay. The property itself is better than the pictures make it look. The blue and green tiled floors are more vibrant in person. Whilst there are things which could be fixed and improved such as the light fixtures, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
