"Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Only quibble they tried to charge us twice for one of the breakfasts. We had breakfast included in the booking. Had to ask for room service breakfast one morning and instead of charging for just the service they charged for the whole breakfast again. Anyhow it was swiftly sorted and reimbursed. "

"Convenient location in town for walking and restaurants. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear and could be refreshed. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"Stayed here for 3 nights in the first week of April. We got room 401 which was very spacious, had 2 balconies and a massive TV. The only thing I didn't like was the open plan bathroom concept. Location is great, and you'll be able to walk everywhere. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and seating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool, even on a very hot day, it was too cold to use. We didn't try the indoor one."

"Unfortunately, this is an average level hotel. The room was so small that we struggled to get to the other end of the bed. The area surrounding the hotel, was dirty. The cleaning of the rooms was perfect and breakfast/morning tea was ok. "

"Everything was good, staff was outstanding and very and very helpful, hotel in the heart of the city, everything you need within 5 min walk, the only minus - you have to pay for parking extra and it is not cheap like most of parkings in the area - city center. But generally, I was very happy with choice. "
