"In a regular situation might be OK but when we were there it sustained damage from the June 24, 2026 earthquakes. There is no restaurant in the hotel nor nearby restaurants that open before 7:00am or that remain open at 10:00pm The neighborhood is not safe in the evening"

"This is a great place to stay and while it was pricier than most places in Caracas, I found it was great value for money with very helpful staff and splendid service. I do think that the restaurant staff could have been friendlier when they told me that my reservation did not include breakfast, which was an honest mistake from me. Yet I was somehow made to feel guilty, as if I had tried to take advantage or something. Maybe they should be trained to better deal with cases like this? It didn't...

"My favorite part of my short stay there was the area: very vibrant and full of shops and restaurants that can be reached after a short walk. I also saw a subway station but I didn't use the subway. The hotel itself is very big. My room was on the 10th floor so I had great views on the city from my window. But the elevators didn't work so well. I was told that one of the two elevators was in maintenance so I once had to wait very long for the elevator to come and when it didn't show up after 10...
