Merci au serveur de la cuisine, et tout particulièrement à Monsieur Kamal, un serveur super gentil, attentionné, et qui donne de très bons conseils sur les repas. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été encore meilleure. Un grand merci !

Terrible service, a very transactional driven hotel with no sense for client satisfaction. I had booked a balloon service however I got sick the day of, and the hotel management instead of rescheduling my tour, decided to take my money with no option to reschedule.
