The hotel is split in two halves half three star and half four star this is not advertised on hotels.com so we paid more for a room in the 3* side than other sites were charging for the 4* side even though all if the photos shown are for the 4* side .

The hotel faculties are old and especially the room, the floor, the doors and even the beds (extra ones) The biggest problem is the air conditioning and the balcony door is broken (got fixed later after we reporting) Overall comment is not comfortable

The accommodation is shown on booking websites as a renewed hotel, but that was not the case. Rooms were very small and old, the quality and the entourage of the hotel rooms were bad. No fridge, cleanliness was poor, floors were dirty and yellow of mold and the beds were not good quality and too small (I am 1.78). The hotel staff in the bar and some girls from the reception were very nice and helpful, they made our stay a lot better!

I had a lovely stay at the hotel: the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the pool was amazing. Besides that, the food was excellent. Only one remark: the walls are very thin, so it was very noisy in the hallways every night, and you could hear people's footsteps upstairs loudly. Lastly, the cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning. However, they made a lot of noise doing so. We woke up because they were moving things in nearby rooms but they were not paying attention to doing this in a quiet manner. It woke us up almost daily. Finally, the overall experience was amazing, the only thing less pleasant was the noise at the room. I would recommend this hotel.

Zen if it was dreamt up on a council estate

If you come to the Lunas Yoga and Spa resort for some, as they say “slow travel” you might find that you will leave with your chakra’s so far misaligned they now resemble the pebble ash tray they say is the local beach. On arrival expectations were high as we thought after two weeks on the road through Europe this would be our opportunity to relax and reset before the last leg of or trip. Instead we found that we would not be staying in the ‘yoga and spa’ hotel as we thought but in fact the 3* family oriented hotel adjacent. Further more, the double bed we had booked might look suspiciously like two single beds, like we were 8 year old children in boarding a school. We were then told that we could pay an additional £120 to “upgrade” our room to the spa side of the hotel and get our double bed. This made no difference finding ourselves transported back to the 1980s with the eras defining styling and decor. Our day begins as you would expect on your Yoga and relaxation stay, with some of the younger cohorts of yogis returning from what I can only assume was a late night meditation session in the local town at 2.30 am through what I can only assume is rice paper walls separating the rooms. We try and return to our slumber ‘zen’ing’ away the sounds of teenage vomiting in the adjacent rooms. As the sun rises so do we (but a few hours behind the sun, it is slow travel after all). Lo que mas me gustó fue la comida variada y rica. Lo que falta es mejor organización en la área de las piscinas porque no es justo que la gente ponga toallas y pareos en las sillas para garantizar su sitio y quien llega para disfrutar la piscina encuentra las sillas sin nadie, o sea, apenas reservadas con toallas y pareos.

Séjour très agréable, personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. Hôtel idéalemetsl situé. Services au top : 2 piscines, spa♡♡♡, salle de fitness, cours de Yoga, bar et belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner varié. Propreté irréprochable. Points négatifs : parking inexistant et chambre qui manque de produits notamment gel douche, serviettes trop petites, pas de peignoirs, un seul verre pour deux.... Dommage pour un 4 étoile, à améliorer : propre et confortable mais manque de modernité.

Det bedste ved hotellet var poolen og poolområdet. Hotellet bar ikke præg af at være et Yoga-hotel, snarere et hotel for unge mennesker der fester. Det var ikke udelukkende negativt, men heller ikke fantastisk. Der blev røget cigaretter og cannabis på altanerne, hvilket er fint, bare ikke hvis man har børn på værelset og brug for at sove med åben dør. Personalet var søde og venlige og får topkarakterer. Derudover var morgenmadsbuffeten god, med masser af valgmuligheder til enhver smag.

Ce n’est pas un resort !!!

L’hôtel de l’extérieur est très beau. Les piscines sont bien mais alors les chambres 😂😂😂 wtk horrible tres petite de taille lit simple collée au mur avec une douche qui a un rideau pour un Resort c’est interdit sans parler de la vue qui est pas ouf. Cependant, le service est très bien, c’est propre, le petit-déj’ est bien.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Séjour exceptionnel au Luna Park Yoga & Spa ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel magnifique et très propre. Un grand merci à Ihcen, la réceptionniste, toujours souriante, agréable et très professionnelle : elle nous a parfaitement renseignés tout au long du séjour. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié chaque jour, un vrai plaisir ! Les piscines sont superbes, avec une pour les familles et une autre réservée aux adultes, ce qui permet à chacun de trouver son espace de détente. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et agréable. Un grand + : le burkini est autorisé, ce qui est très appréciable pour les femmes musulmanes. En résumé : je recommande cet hôtel à 100/100 !

nous devions avoir trois lits adultes on se retrouver avec un grand lit deux personnes etun lit trop petit les pieds dépasser du lit. nous avons demandé un parking il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour ouvrir lors de notre sortie la personne nous a dit que nous n'avions pas payé car nous avions pas la télécommande alors que c'était eux qui n'avaient pas assez de télécommande pour tout le monde je t'ai pas trop apprécié. il y avait une piscine à l'arrière et des yoga de proposer nous l'avons su par des personnes non pas par le personnel qui ne nous l'a pas proposé. idem pour la wi-fi nous avons dû demander l'accueil était vraiment pas très chaleureux et cela nous a beaucoup déçu pourtant un hôtel qui pourrait être très bien.

El SPA no está a la altura del hotel

Nos ha gustado todo, a excepción del spa. El agua estaba fría, la mitad de los chorros no funcionaban, igual que las camas de calor. El agua del jacuzzi carecía de higiene (turbia y con pelos en la superficie). Además se deberían plantear un horario específico para familias con niños porque nos tocó una familia muy escandalosa. En fin...no pudimos disfrutar de lo que se llama una experiencia spa y nos fuimos a la media hora cuando habiamos pagado por 2 horas. Lo comentamos en recepción y lo único que nos dijeron es que enviáramos un email...sin más...
