"Die Nebengeräusche durch Wasserleitungen waren enorm ! Zimmer im Erdgeschoss liess sich schlecht lüften. Keine Fernbedienung für Fernseher! Code für Eingangstür von der Strasse wurde nicht bereitgestellt. d.h. Man kommt gar nicht erst zur Wohnungstür. Geräusche von den Nachbarn hörbar! "

"Excellent location, full of restaurants, shops. Hotel staff is attentive and goes above and beyond. The hotel has a good restaurant and a great and very convenient shelter with a helpful attendant who offered us drinks (water, coffee, etc.), facilities. Our 2-room suite 504 with a full kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the furniture in this hotel is amazing, new, has a warm ancient look of heavy wood with a touch of modern luxury. Comfy beds. Bathroom experience in our room was a bit disappointing - hot water shoots sporadically for 3 seconds and then the temperature goes back to what you want it to be. The waterproofing made us struggle to not direct the water stream to the shower glass, as water would leak out. Once we managed to handle all that, it left us with funny stories to share. Not taking away from the overall outstanding hotel experience. The staff also gifted us with an extra prosecco and a large fruit plate !! Thank you, all, for the unforgettable experience in Lviv!! We will be back."
