Rude front desk staff at check in
Reception was very rude. They claimed to have not received confirmation of our booking from hotels.com and pestered us for about 24-hours to repay with our credit card or KSH. We asked them to call hotels.com but they never did, so we finally had to do so ourselves with long distance calling rates, ...

beautiful but reservation problem
The place was beautiful and quiet. But we had a problem with the reservation : the villa was already booked when we arrived. And the family inside the villa didn't want to leave...We should wait the day after to enter the villa at 5 pm so we lost time...and we had 2 bedrooms and 1 kitchen in compensation. ...
