"Female receptionist on arrival (Denise) very dour - did not make eye contact, uncommunicative & unfriendly - was left with her for 15 mins. on arrival & she did not update as to why we were getting kept waiting. A friendly smile with a meet & greet (with arrival) drink would have been much nicer. Nico who manned reception too,was much, much friendlier in further dealings at reception - extremely helpful & courteous. Bar/dining/cleaning staff were all very nice & pleasant. Food/drink/cleanliness...

"The hotel had a great location for us, quiet, short way to the beach and also not far to the busy part of Santa Ponca. The service was really great, whether at the reception or at the pool. Also the rooms are really well equipped. The pool was clean and from the deck chairs we had a nice view of the bay. All in all we were very satisfied and will come back :)"

"Our stay at the Hotel has been great! On our second day there was an issue but it was handle with care understanding and tried to rectify our disappointment. The manager Sandro took control of the situation and our stay was amazing and would definitely recommend family and friends.
