"LOVED this hotel. Staff were all super friendly, and seriously interested in our comfort and convenience. But the BUffET was a destination in itself! Both breakfast and dinner. (Sign up for thr half board.) Different every evening with serving staff waiting to clear you plates, or the chef waiting to cook your freash meat selections. "Our airline lost my baggage but Nadia, front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful and kind in our unfortunate situation. After one week my bag was found and Nadia telephoned me to let me know that it would be stored at the hotel. Excellent customer service Nadia!!! "
