Not bad, not great

Stayed 2 nights for a friend's wedding. The room in itself was OK. Clean. Beds were nice. Bathroom was outdated but "fine". Window was cracked. I would say that if everything else is booked, this is a good option. It's not the best I've stayed at but certainly not the worst either. It's OK. However, strange smell in the corridor leading up to the room. Smells like something have been tried to be removed but not successfully, and now it lingers in the carpet. The breakfast was sub-par. Go to a café instead.

Bad customer service and no breakfast.

Awful customer service. Breakfast should be open on Sunday from 8.00-10.00 according to signs and verbal information, but closed at 9.00. So no breakfast for our travel companions even though it had been paid for. Also personnel were not particularly polite. They did however help regarding our daughter’s needs for gluten-free considerations.

Bara sova?

Behöver du bara någonstans att sova för ett par nätter? Är service och upplevelser inte viktigt för dig? I så fall har du hittat rätt. Obemannad reception, gamla slitna rum, frokustbuffén var ett skämt, jag fick plocka bort mjölkpaket som passerat bäst före datum. Hemköp ligger på andra sidan vägen, köp din frukost där. Men som sagt, vill du bara duscha och sova, helt okej 😎

Okej för en natt men finns bättre i samma prisklas

Smart med koder till rum och port men svårt med knappar på dosan till rummet. Ganska smutsigt särskilt i hörnen på golvet. Sängarna var rena så en natt känns okej

Fint men lidt dyrt

Det er et hyggeligt sted, men det er slidt og prisen er kommet i den høje ende ift. hvad du får. Morgenmaden er blevet bedre, så alt i alt et okay sted at tage en enkelt overnatning inden turen går videre til skiferien. Vi har været der tre år i træk.

Utmärkt service och prisvärt

Mycket vänligt bemötande när vi kom, att visa var man kunde valla skidor och var kök och spa fanns. Frukosten var god och hade allt man kunde önska och färskt var det också. De ordnade också att vi fick behålla vårt rum till eftermiddagen utan att ta något extra för det. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

Vill man bara ha någonstans att sova och få en ok frukost så funkar detta bra. Enkelt rum men bra och sköna sängar. Frukosten fyller sin funktion. Kaffe, te - bröd och vanliga pålägg. Kokta ägg, äggröra och bacon samt fil och yoghurt med tillbehör. Bra parkeringsmöjlighet.

Ett hotell utan bemanning men enkelt att komma in i byggnaden och sitt rum men hjlp av ett sms som skickades tidigare. frukosten var väldigt enkel men fint presenterad, tyvärr var några av charkuterierna torra/gamla som gjorde mig lite tveksam.Var helt själv på frukosten och såg inen annan boende heller. Ett förslag till ägarna är att om det är lågt bemannat fråga gästen vad som önskas till frukost och vilken tid så skulle det kunna vara en fantastiskt upplevelse om allt vore färskt.

Otroligt dåligt hotel, det västa jag har varit med om helt klart. Luktade urin i korridoren första natten, bränt rök dom andra två nätterna. Du såg aldrig någon i receptionen även fast vi var där 3 nätter. Inte alltid svar på sms. Hela badrummet blev blött när man duschade. Byggnad i otroligt dåligt skick. Frukosten var ej bra. Superkallt i rummet även fast det ”bara” va -1 under natten. Vi fick element de kommande nätter. Stanna endast här om det är din absolut sista utväg!

Helt greit!

I utgangspunktet ubemannet resepsjon, men da vi fikk problem med lås-kode til rommet ved innsjekk, var det en hyggelig ansatt som ordnet rask opp. Enkel, men god frokost dagen etter laget hun også. Stille hotell utenfor sesong. Fint rom, enkelt bad.

Väldigt hjälpsam personal i receptionen vid ankomst. Bra standard på rum, skön säng, tyst och lugnt. Enda minuset var att jag upptäckte på morgonen att det saknades handdukar.

Det är ej ett hotell utan mer ett B & B

Om det hade varit ett B & B och priset hälften så hade det varit ok. Frukosten är inköpt på Hemköp mittemot (Och därav ganska snävt urval), kaffe blaskigt. Inget telefonnummer på den obemannade disken, så man fick googla för att få ett telefonnummer så man ens kom in på rummet. Hissen för handikappade fungera inte så tillgängligheten var väl typ noll. Min fru fick kämpa sig upp för trapporna så vi i alla fall kunde få sova. Vi betalade lika mycket för rummet som vi gjorde på Scandic i Karlstad. Då förväntar man sig lite mer kvalitet.

Rummet var ok, rent och snyggt. Hissen ur funktion och rummen minst en trappa upp. Frukosten innehöll det den borde till det priset, men var inte rolig. Juicen dålig och maten inte varm. Men då hotellet var billigt och centralt var det ändå prisvärt.

Ett bra hotell med bra läge. Mycket trevlig personal och helt ok frukost. Dåligt Wi-Fi, bra tv om du kopplade upp dig på eget nät för tv-kanalerna var snöiga.
