La struttura è abbastanza pulita, anche se in alcune zone si vedeva un po’ di polvere e qualche piccolo dettaglio trascurato. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Coccodrillo. Parking was a bit of a challenge to get figured out initially, but it ended up working out great. The staff was very helpful, the breakfasts were fantastic, and the location worked out great for us - easy access to the beach and shopping."

"Eine schöne neue Unterkunft. Jedoch wurde bei der Ausstattung gespart. Dinge wie Kleiderhaken, Garderobe, Geschirrspüllmittel sowie ein Geschirrhandtuch und Handseife haben leider gefehlt. Das Wlan hat so gut wie garnicht funktioniert. Weiterhin sollte die Einfahrt dringend erneuert werden. Diese ist sehr eng, steil und teilweise sandig. Mit einem normalen PKW setzt man dort auf! "Una notte per “staccare”. Hotel con piscina e vista bellissima. Disponed anche di una spiaggetta privata sotto il promontorio (a pagamento) piuttosto carina. Pur essendo una N cima al promontorio, se si è un minimo allenati, si puo Andare e venire a/da Arenzano a piedi. Hanno comunque un servizio navetta ed una piccola funicolare (che purtroppo, durante il mio soggiorno, era fuori servizio)."
