This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and perfect location. Unfortunately, we had some problems with the room service being awful. We ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and the chicken was incredibly overcooked and tasted like rubber. We also ordered a French Onion soup and it was so awful ...
