Loved our stay!! Best location to access subways, made traveling easy, fast, and safe. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially the doorman Peter. The Hyatt grand central made our trip all the way from California memorable. Thank you

After considering the reviews I was worried. But my stay was great, especially since I was only in my room to sleep; most of my time was spent out of it. Managed to get early check in at 2:45pm and I think lines form at the elevators because people don’t understand them.
