"Great hotel overall, excellent food, friendly staff. Would rate excellent if only two flaws: the music playlist is boring, repetitive and almost exclusively in English. Also, the property puts forward its environmental posture, but nothing is done t reforest the mostly heavily degraded land. Reforesting the margins of the little river should be a priority."

"O hotel precisa de uma boa reforma, o local do "spa" esta acabado, sujo, com varias coisas quebradas, super descuidado. O hotel tem chaves antigas, nao tem "cartão" de abrir e fechar as portas..as tolhas são velhas, moveis velhos, cafe da manha sem climatização, o buffet demora na reposição, maquinas velhas.. esse nunca mais"
