Hotel prático e bem localizado.

Tudo bem problemas exceto o barilho vindo do quarto de uns hópedes latino-americanos muito barulhentos. Foi necessário pedir a intervenção da recepção mas depois disso tudo correu bem.

Próximo ao centro, fácil acesso, no dia da chegada atendimento e limpeza do quarto a desejar, porém os outros dias compensaram. Café da manhã farto. Satisfação ao sair 100%

not worth to pay that price

TV doesn't work, they forgot to put towel in bathroom, the air~cond was dripping water, wi~fi (internet) doesn't work in lobby....

Insatisfação

Não há regras no Hotel. Alguns hóspedes ficam conversando e escutando música depois das 22hs nos corredores. Logo após entrar no quarto o telefone e o ar condicionado nao funcionavam. O primeiro ficou os 5 dias sem funcionar, e o ar foi ajustado logo que pedimos. As camareiras nao repuseram mais as toalhas de rosto e pano de chao do banheiro após o segundo dia, pois disseram que não havia mais toalhas. Apesar disso, o pessoal da recepção é bem atencioso e faz o que pode para resolver os problemas.

Hotel horrível!

Começou não achando minha reserva pelo hoteis.com, nem com o email do hoteis.com. Fez valor diferente (maior do que o reservado pelo hoteis.com). O quarto é moderno e bem organizado, não tenho do que me queixar. Banheiro razoável, mas ainda não me dava sensação de limpeza. Porém o hotel tem uma sensação suja. Tinha um grupo de estrangeiros latinos e o espaço de café da manhã foi tomado por eles. Além de acabar tudo, tinham crianças lambendo as facas dos bolos. Tudo muito desorganizado e com aspecto sujo. Quando desisti, por nojo, de tomar café, me apresentaram um espaço reservado para o café, onde tive uma experiência mediana. Pouquíssima variedade, mas o que tinha estava bom. No checkout a mesma má vontade. Estou sem nota até agora, e só colocaram o preço da reserva pois eu estava ligando para o hoteis.com para reclamar.

Bathroom had mold water from above toilet leaking onto my toilet. Had to move rooms found out our key opened other rooms as well. Complained about our sense of safety. They sent some one up to work on lock. Pool had mold in the waterfall. You never see the clothes, chicken and filth you see when you are looking out your window. Great location however. Beware of the professional photos and what you really get.

Don't stay here

The location is great. That's the only thing that is great. The staff is friendly but truly incompetent. The rooms are clean, but the sheets are not. The hotel is terribly noisy, with a pack of barking dogs that wake you up at 6 am, and keep you up past midnight. The cleaning staff leave their carts in the hallway. The front desk is totally disorganized -- their computer system doesn't allow them to find reservations. Almost nobody speaks English (surprising at a hotel that purports to be of this class); and spanish is better but spotty. The decor in the rooms is certainly not a 4* business hotel, and is deteriorating. Don't stay here -- there must be somewhere better in Manaus.

estacionamento quase inexistente.

Os quartos são novos, porém os colchões de casal não são bons pois afundam do lado da pessoa mais pesada. O estacionamento quase não existe pois para um hotel de 96 quartos só tem 8 vagas e as vezes colocam carros trancando os outros carros aí vc tem que deixar a chave na recepção para eles manobrar em ou ter que esperar entrarem em contato com o sono só carro para destravar o seu e tem uma água que fede a esgoto no estacionamento e as vezes a recepção está com esse fedor. Não tem cofre no quarto.

Muito boa nossa estadia no Amazônia Tower. O pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos, o café-da-manhã de boa qualidade, a limpeza do apartamento, a boa localização do Hotel (perto dos principais pontos turísticos do centro: Teatro, Mercado Adolpho Lisboa e outros... O único ponto negativo a considerar foi o banheiro que não tinha ventilação externa e tãopouco exaustão o que o deixava sempre com odor desagradável.

Hotel excelente

Hotel muito bem localizado , no centro d Manaus , funcionários excelentes , muito atenciosos e gentis . Piscina boa , refrescante qd calor apertou,só área do pub q estava sem funcionar p drinques , mas pedíamos na recepção e levavam na área da piscina . Todo hotel estruturado , limpo e refrigeração dentro do hotel todo maravilhosa mesmo estando muito quente fora dele . Elevadores funcionando muito bem , só estacionamento muito pequeno e difucultoso p sair , mas os funcionários estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar a sair. Adoramos esse hotel , e com certeza voltaremos pq valeu a pena nossos 4 dias d estadia. E o café da manhã muito sortido, vários pães frescos, tapioca , sucos caseiros , bolo, frutas... Hotel no geral está d parabéns .

Okay place but has ants

This hotel is for sure on the budget side. The wals are thin and the nights I stayed there a very loud street party was going on. With the thin walls I got no sleep. The staff was nice and the free breakfast was good. But the room is small and bed not comfortable. There were also ants in the room. Every day I smelled bug spray so the cleaning crew was trying to take care of them but every evening they were back. I checked out three days early and never got a refund for my unused days.

Super serviable

le personnel est super serviable, ils vous réservent vos sorties, vous trouvent un outil si besoin pour une réparation facile. Ils sont d'une très grande obligeance. Côté chambre, le matelas est très (trop) mou, mais surtout la chambre est très mal insonorisée avec l'extérieur. On entend les bruits de la rue, ce n'est qu'un simple vitrage. Enfin, le petit réfrigérateur est très bruyant.
