We arrived at 9:45 AM after a delayed flight recognizing the hotel would only be used until noon before checkout. No problems with check-in.
BREAKFAST
After checking in, I asked what time breakfast ended, which was included with our room fee, and was told 10 AM. I could see the breakfast still out, but when the receptionist went to confirm with the kitchen staff they shared breakfast was over even with the time being 9:50 AM.
ROOM
We used the room to rest and to shower. Unfortunately, it was not to our standards as there was condensation on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, only bath towels with no hand towels or face towels and furniture that needed to be replaced.
ATM
The website states there is an ATM, but I asked the receptionist and there isn’t one onsite.
Though we did not have expectations that this would be a five star hotel, we did expect the hotels to be clean and in alignment with their stated accommodations. For us, this hotel fell short."
