Wonderful time at Sea Planet resort

Sea Planet has an amazing entry. The staff is very friendly, despite the fact that most don't speak English well. The all inclusive food buffets 3x/day stood out for their variety and deliciousness. Then there's the free drinks all day long. You can easily forget that in the real world you have to pay for food and drink! A great place to take the family, or meet up with family as my husband and I did.

Je revien de 8 jours de vacances de ce grand hôtel et c’etais tout simplement magnifique. Les chambres sont propre sans parler de la magnifique vue sur mer que nous avions du 8 eme etage de notre chambre, la nourriture est très bonnes et variées, le personnel est super sympa et très serviable. Dehors la piscine est énorme personne n’est entassé il y’a de la place pour tout le monde. Les activités sont super et chaque soirées une animation à thème est proposée de quoi ne pas s’ennuyer. En gros je recommande énormément cet établissement que je note 5/5 évidemment.

Yemekler çok kötü.

Otel çok kalabalık. Çalışanlar çok içten ve çözümcül. Ancak yemekleri çok çok kötü. Çok sağlıksız. Onlarca 5 yıldızlı otelde tatil yaptım. Bu kadar kötü etimsi bişey yemedim. Tabağıma konulan döner 3. dakikada dondu, tabağa yapıştı ve kazıyamadım. Bu tatilimi domates, salatalık ve gözleme yiyerek geçirdim diyebilirim. Bu oteli asla unutmayacağım.

Resort met 2 verschillende interessen. 1. Mooi 5 sterren gebouwd hotel door investeerder. 2. Besturingseenheid staat op spaarmodus. D.m.v. zo weinig mogelijk inzet zoveel mogelijk profijt eruit te halen. Weinig animatie. Eten is matig en personeel lijkt verdeeld door verschillende rangen niet meer dan nodig uit te voeren. Wij zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken.

Nice hotel nice sea view ,from the room some off the staff are very helpful and friendly, but some cant speak or understand English,no prices in hotel shop they just charge how much thay want. recommending to use shops just 2min walk from hotel is alot cheaper and have prices. Entertainment night its not that good definitely not for 5 star hotel from my experience and if you want some nice cocktails you will need to pay extra. And very disappointed when i had some sort of rash on my leg and was told need to see doctor but will cost extra money. So not a first aid room just a money making scheme at the cost of peoples health. And we both 2 boat trips we gone on one but can't go on another due to not feel well after first.i contact expedia rep 2 days before trip and been promise by rep he will refund to my half money but never happened:(( Food very nice definitely high quality. Overall like the hotel and view and will be like to back and relax in this hotel

Animations top et les services extra ( photo, coiffuer, massage) Moins bien- la nourriture toujours la même chose et pas de goût, propreté des chambres pas top, oubli de changer les linges Sinon pas trop mal

Very dissapointed

Hotel has great potential but unfortunately did not meet our expectations here are some negatives: 1. The rooms look nice in pictures but quite poor quality 2. The floor boards in the room are coming apart 3. Room paint peeling off the walls etc. 4. The indoor pool is dark, dirty and smelly 5. The beach is very pebbly 6. The hotel claims that they do pool games and that there is a mini cinema but we couldn’t find anything 7. Many staff don’t speak English they cater too much for the Germans! 8. Waterslides are dangerous both my daughter and niece was cut badly 9. We met a family friend who was staying at another hotel, so we invited them over to have dinner our mistake we should have asked, didn’t realise that it would be a big problem as rules are not stated anywhere, security made us chuck them out, they could have handled this better was very embarrassing, since then we felt that our faces was tainted and we got treated badly since then, some of the staff are rude and the hotels relations manager is awful we made a complaint about a garment that got ruined in their laundry service and she was claiming that the garment must have been poor quality, it was a brand new Hollister T-Shirt she laughed at us and told us that she will not do anything and that we have to pay the full laundry cost. 10. Some shops outside the hotel, people in there was rude as well
