"Really enjoyable stay, made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very clean with housekeeping attending to the room everyday. The location is ideal for Manchester Picadilly, for the Arndale shopping centre and for the Northern Quarter. I’d definitely recommend staying here. "

"Lovely hotel. Staff incredibly welcoming and so helpful with any query. Room a decent size and had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Everything you could ask for really. "

"When you walk through the door and are met with a big smile it sets an amazing tone. Jody on reception is a diamond and all of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little quirky but that just adds to the ambience. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Manchester."
