We were put in a windowless room without air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends of the year. It was so hot and humid in the room we were dripping with sweat and had to take cold showers just to try and get cool. It was so awful that we could not stay for our second night and left early. There some things about this hotel that make it evident things go on that are not good or safe. It is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Ein Backofen war nichts gegen das Zimmer. Ja ohne Fenster gebucht, aber im Regelfall geht dann eine gescheite Lüftung, das man nicht schwitzt sobald man den Raum betritt. Es wurde versucht mit einem kleinen Ventilator etwas Luft rein zu bekommen! Von der Wand blätterte schon die Tapete, sichtlich offenen Stellen im Bad und staub an den Gardinenleisten, die man theoretisch ja nicht mal benötigt! So schön wie es auf den Bildern ausschaut ist das Hotel leider nicht, deswegen nur die 2 Sterne!

The hotel is spacious and well-maintained. My bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The hotel is centrally located, in easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and museums in the city centre. I would stay here again!

Wouldnt use this place again. Yes, its clean enough and yes its comfortable enough. But its budget accommodation in every sense. Very tired shabby hotel. Insanely long drawn out checking in process. Led to a super long slow moving queue.

Had to change rooms arrical due to faulty lighting. 2nd room has a faulty shower head. Had to tske bath after arrival otherwise floor would have wet and caused further damage to room below. Shower head was fixed whilst I was out but the maintainer fid not clean up. Also, toilet did not flush 1st time. No housekeeping. You have to ask for everthing at reception. Que to check in and enquires too long. Everything was a burden to staff and no appology for inconvence or issues experience. Not worth the money. Rooms have table lamps but no ceiling light in the used part of the room. Table lamps did not provide enough light to read in bed.

Just needed a cheap room for a night so booked last minute ,it was ok .room was clean but tired ,when i checked in I was told the air con in my room wasn’t working but I could upgrade for more money if I wanted , as it was an internal room in June surely this should have been a free and essential upgrade ,and not been told to pay extra for working air conditioning. Other than that it was ok
