Stayed here as i was flying from the airport. The majority of the standard rooms are I assume in the standard looking building behind the nice profile image shot of the tower you see in all the images. The hotel is quite confusing to get to on foot at first but once you figure it out its all good. Room was decent and comfortable with plenty of space, ideal for a night stay if travelling from the airport.

Staff rubbish food cold and beds 2 double beds were on wheels we ask 3 time some one sort them no one did from reception 😉 i had 4 year old and 13 moving all over the room health and safety would be all other this paid £131 had no sleep when told to manger said he would give us a up grade next time we come will not be going bk ever

I can’t rate the rest but I booked the room wanting to visit Manchester University but my son has not got an offer and we didn’t need the room. Having contacted Expedia and the hotel, no refund is honoured saying the T&C is non refundable even I offered to pay compensation. They even took my money for the 2 breakfast I paid for. I tried to explain and they didn’t want to know, not happy at all and I worked in this industry before and if they wanted to help, they could but they just won’t.

The staff was pleasant and airport shuttle was super convenient. Both drivers were excellent, informative and helpful. The only downside was our restroom was not cleaned thoroughly and the tv didn’t work.

Perfect location for an early flight from Manchester airport. Reception staff very welcoming, polite and helpful. The shuttle bus service couldn’t have been any more convenient literally from door to door in minutes can’t think of any reasons why we don’t use this hotel every time we travel.
