"Room was a great value. Very clean. Has to be pretty once the leaves turn with all the trees on property . Everyone was nice and helpful. Restaurants across the street. There is a Samuel Adams Beer Garden across the street and liquor store 3 minutes away. Only bad thing was in room 49, the TV wouldn't work, Roku attached has no remote the TV remote would not work and the AC was loud and didn't seem to keep cool. Breakfast is coffee (which was surprising good), OJ and donuts. "

"A little disappointed because the fireplace in the room didn’t work but it may have been turned off because it wasn’t hot enough outside. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at this location was our least favorite. No one was tending to the coffee or any of the food and they were mostly empty. This was part of our trip to Maine, Boston and NH. "
